The site provides helpful information about community events, services, and resident programs. Whether you’re looking for advice on settling in or seeking ways to get involved, RiderwoodLife.com serves as your go-to hub for finding support and building lasting friendships within our community.
MyErickson
MyErickson is a must have online resource for residents and families of Erickson Senior Living communities. It provides easy access to dining menus, activity calendars, and transit schedules. Residents can also find community news and contact info for all the departments and residents at Riderwood. Now What? Group
The Now What? Newcomers Group is a resident-run group for newcomers. Now What? helps newer residents make connections with other residents. It also connects them with staff members who can be of assistance. Additionally, it introduces them to other clubs and groups that are of interest. They also offer one on one tutorial sessions for registering and accessing MyErickson (see above). Click HERE to go to the “Now What?” web page.

Finding your way around Riderwood is one of the first (of many) challenges that greet new residents. Never fear, MAPS are here! Riderwood Front Desks
The Front Desk is located in the Lobby of each clubhouse. It serves as the first line of communication for a resident, employee, or visitor. The staff provides answers, directions, forms, and assistance for residents, employees and visitors, and much more.

Note that calling the Riderwood Main Number rings all Front Desks. If you call your local clubhouse Front Desk and there is no answer, it will transfer the call. The call will go to the Main Number. It will ring at all Front Desks. Whoever is available and on duty will answer.
Resident Handbook
The Resident Handbook attempts to include all key information about living at Riderwood. This includes rules and regulations of the Community. You should get a copy of this when you arrive, but, if not, or you need another here it is. Check with your Front Desk for hard copies. Click button below to open Handbook in a New Tab.

Salons at Riderwood

PS Salons are located on the lobby floor of every clubhouse. They are open to serve men’s and women’s styling and beauty needs. The hours of operation and phone numbers are listed on MyErickson under Community Info
in the Amenities subsection .
Neighbors in Deed

Neighbors in Deed is a group of Riderwood residents. They volunteer to help independent living residents with everyday needs. These activities include picking up meals. They also involve sewing on a button, opening a jar, and feeding a cat. Additionally, walking a dog and assisting with minor computer or TV problems are provided. Click below to go to their page.
