This group is designed to meet the very real needs of our low-vision residents so they may stay in touch with the larger world, learn independent skills, and be enlivened by what that learning provides. We are residents of a CCRC who have joined together to provide opportunities for visually impaired individuals within our CCRC community to learn about and share information on assistive technologies, devices and mobile applications that can support and improve daily living.
This group page will be updated periodically as needed to ensure we provide the best learning tools for technology for low vision residents.
We welcome any low vision residents who wish to learn along with us – no knowledge of technology required, just a desire to learn. We hope you decide to attend our meetings and join our group.
