Here is how to find them:
For a paper copy, ask at a clubhouse Front Desk.
To access form online:
Log into MyErickson and SEARCH for a form, or BROWSE using the icons shown below.
(1) Here’s a list of Forms & Handouts available at Your Front Desk.
(2) Search MyErickson.
Once logged in to MyErickson, click on the MAGNIFYING GLASS in the upper-right corner. After you enter keywords in the ‘Search all apps…’ dialog box that comes up, the magnifying glass will be highlighted; click on it.
(3) Browse MyErickson. Go to the icons shown below to find the form you might require.
In certain cases, the forms are under different tabs in a category (such as Finance).
