Prior to any Construction
The property was the Great Oaks
Center for mentally retarded Maryland residents. It was purchased by Silver Oaks Campus, LLC, in 1999 (view deed).
April 2002
Construction Well Underway
Village Square is complete and Montgomery Station is half-way done. Plus Arbor Ridge (earlier known as Renaissance Gardens) is partway completed.
April 2004
More Neighborhoods
Town Center buildings complete and Lakeside Commons foundation in progress.
September 2005
Almost There
Lakeside Commons halfway done, and more construction on Arbor Ridge. Tennis courts in place.
March 2006
Just one more building!
Lakeside Commons complete, and work underway on the last building of Arbor Ridge (Oak Grove).
April 2007
All buildings complete!
