Medical Emergencies at Riderwood

Presenters include Amanda Hidalgo, Manager, Riderwood Security; Yvette Ross, Care Coordinator; and a representative of the Medical Center. This is a great opportunity to learn the many ways that Riderwood residents are supported when there is a medical emergency. Why should I register for the Medical Center’s Care Path program? How do my medical records get to the hospital? What about the File of Life? What happens when I’m discharged from the hospital? How are my family members notified about a medical emergency?
